Have you used essential oils to help with your fibro symptoms?

If so, Which ones did you find helped you and which ones are your favorite?

If you haven't used essential oils and would like more information please contact me.

I love essential oils as a part of my wholistic approach to improving my well being...body and mind...one drop at a time!

Love and blessings,

Amanda

For a single cup, one teaspoon of fresh herbs. For a large pot, more like a small handful. You can things like clove heads, cinnamon sticks or cardamom pods as well for extra flavour and benefits. Basil combines well with both clove and cardamom, as does lavender. If you don't have a garden, or can't manage one, many of the herbs could grow in pots on the kitchen windowsill.

I use a few oils, including lavender and clove. I also use herbal teas (made with fresh herbs from the garden) Lavender, rosemary, basil, thyme and sage are all useful.

I know how difficult it is to live in pain but I also know there are alternatives that can help us enhance our well being. Doctors don't always tell you these alternatives. Do your research and be your own advocate you'd be amazed at how empowered and more in control you will feel.

I am a wellness advocate for essential oils and would love to help anyone in any way I can.

Add me to your team :) I have info under team -> providers and my email address is in my story. Reach out if you have any questions or want support xox

I have been in severe pain physically and emotionally for a while and since using these oils I haven't had to use medication. Everyone's situation is different and everyone's body is so complex you may find something that works better for you. I suggest you give essential oils a try and add them into your life. Introduce them to your current wellness routine and see what happens :)

As for pain Frankinsense is the go to oil for the reduction of inflammation, migraines and also stress. Deep blue is also used for all types of pain, migraines, arthritis etc.

With fibromyalgia we need to try to maintain our wellbeing. I find that essential oils have helped increase my mood and energy. I use Cheer, motivate and wild orange. They all have properties to energize and counteract negative feelings.
