I suffer terribly with nausea, usually with the head and neck pain. My gp has prescribed cinnazine and that helps. A more natural way is ginger or sea sickness wrist bands. I hate feeling sick, I would rather be sick to make it stop. Hope that helps. Xx
I've had Fibro for 12 years and the last 6 I have experience nausea to the point that it is hard to get out of bed. I just lay there after the alarm goes off and pray to God it goes away. Usually the only thing that calms it down for me is Instant Peach Oatmeal with a bit of milk. It really stinks and makes me tired too.
@A MyFibroTeam Member, nausea can most definitely be a Fibro symptom, but if this is a new symptom for you you should let your doctor know so that any other causes can be looked at incase it's not Fibro at all. I find Iberogast really good (natural tonic, I think most chemists have it, not sure about your area though), and it also helps with all types of tummy upsets, bloating etc. Doesn't taste great but it's better than the nausea. My nausea was attributed to migraines which I then received treatment for so definitely worth talking to your doctor about it.
Does ginger help do eat neet love now as I have heard the same
If I am not in severe pain, I am feeling nauseous with this past episode. I have just changed my meds and added tumeric to my diet by pill form. Don't know why I feel this way.
