After about 12 months of suffering the excrutiating pain of frozen shoulder I was given a steroid jab directly into the joint, it didn't work. I had to wait another 8 weeks to have a second jab and hey presto! it worked. The pain meds I was given for the first year were useless. So go for the jab

i have both shoulder pain n stiffness , had shots great, but lasted only 2months ,sleeping in bed is the worst, hurts so bad , scared to keep getting shots , do have to say the ones in hips lasted longer , maybe since moved to hilly land help instead flat lang have a good day , today woke up hurting bad in shoulders , its kinda passing

I got shots also and it helped for about 3 months !! It was great. I need to get them again
