Members connected over the shared experience of living with tinnitus, with many describing constant ringing that has been present for years or even since childhood, often worsening during illness or at night when removing hearing aids. Several members offered practical insights, including maintaining a low-sodium diet to reduce the intensity of ringing, trying Lipoflavinoid supplements for mild relief, and seeking medical evaluation early to prevent potential hearing loss. A recurring theme was the frustration of living without silence and the challenge of addressing tinnitus among multiple competing health concerns, especially when access to care or financial resources are limited.

24/7 ...I don't know what quiet or silence is anymore.... been this way for soooo many years. My husband , when he was with me, belittled me so much it made it almost impossible to go to the doctor. ..and now that he is gone, I'm on disability and cannot afford to go. Also problem Is...so much wrong, how do you choose ? Lol. Gentry hugging everyone!! :)

I have been ringing for years and now have hearing loss because of it. Get them checked asap. There is no help now for me.
