A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I need to do inside exercises I wondered if this was something I could try even with my hips the way they are if this would help or hurt?

I think the repetitive motion on your hips would make your bursitis worse or flare longer. If it was only Fibro I would say go for it as excercise might be painful but does not do damage to joints.
For arthritis I would try stretching, tai chi even yoga. Walking on a treadmill or just around the house avoiding stairs as an excercise because can make your bursitis worse. Google treatment and excercise for bursitis and arthritis in hips see what they recommend. Hope this helps. Gentle hugs and God bless.

I have Fybromyalgia, bursitis and arthritis in my Si joints and spine also Crhonic fatigue syndrome. I use an encumbered bike a little at a time as little as a minute sometimes but I try every day some better than others it helps to move and get some cardio.
