I haven't been able to work in 4 years the pain the fatigue the fog . I can't sit for more than 15 20 minutes can't stand to long or walk to long the only relief is lying down my neck and shoulder pain is so bad. And I never know what to expect. I do light house work at a slow pace I stretch and walk every day as much as I can without causing me to spiral down . I have not been able to find anything I can do my body is so unpredictable. So frustrating I worked my whole life very hard to accept . Let me know if you find an answer Than you!

I make beaded jewelry. Working on a 'memory bracelet for neighbor. She lost her husband 4 days before Christmas & That would be the 2nd anniversary of their daughter's death. Then she had to put their elderly lab down also ! So sapphire for the husband & daughter, turquoise for her & aquamarine for the dog.. Fortunately I have all those beads. Now I have to come up with a pattern.
And you Always have worth ~ Always! ! !

At this point I am still working (well right now off for the winter) but am not able to do the 40 hour a week thing. I work in the kitchen at a bed and breakfast as a cook so I am on my feet all the time. But I do have to admit my boss is amazing, I was open with him right from the time he hired me and told him about my condition, so I work 20-30 hours a week and he goes by how I am feeling, if I have an off day of pain, he calls extra help in and only lets me work tell I can't handle it anymore, or on good days I can stay as long as I want.
