I need to find a good fibro doctor in CHARLESTON South Carolina. Mine has no knowledge and just tells me I need to seek mental health and antidepressants. Any advice will help

I did. I had a rheumatology doc at MUSC. They had no help to offer me and just rushed me out the door.

My pain management doctor is at MUSC, he told me they don’t treat it now but may be doing a clinical trial on it if they can get funding.
