Just curious if there's anything I could try as I love baths but wondering if I could put anything in my baths?

Epsom salts lots of it ( at least 2-3 cups) plus some baking soda and sea salt and powdered milk

Epsom salts works really well. If you like the lavender smell some kind of bath stuff helps relax you.

Epson Salts but Also Liquid Yoga restorative bath soak. Both recommended x

Epsom salt, baking Sosa and some essential oils like deep blue for pain, lavender for calming and frankincense.

I use Epsom salt with a lavender smell. Relaxing and helps pain.
