I have been told by a doc who did a magnesium load test that my body does not have enough magnesium and does not hold on to it well. I supplement with a chealated Magnesium. I have also been told I have low viaminD. There is more than one type of Magnesium and it is important to find out about that and what works best for you.

Jerry was actually tested and Dr Sorenson found that he was extremely deficient in Vitamin D and Magnesium. He takes an actual prescription for both.
