A good multivitamin, magnesium, b vitamins, methyl folate all help. Whole food vitamins if u can afford them. Eating a variety of veggies n fruit, cut down on sugars, drink lots of water.

Move as much as you can. Even when its hard. A few mins a day makes a diff long term.

Look at meds n see if adjustments are needed. Many can be sedating. Sometimes switching from taking them day to night can help.

My energy n motivation went up, fatigue down, when i added 30mg cymbalta. Now i have to watch the opposite...insomnia n nervousness.

My Dr said to eat roasted sunflower seeds when I'm feeling tired because the magnesium will help give you a natural energy. It seems to help a little but I've found that eating peanut butter with apples helps more. Also have your vitamin D level checked. If you are deficient in vitamin D, your body will stay weak and tired all the time. I have to take a prescription vitamin D to help mine.

oh how very true that is , i take folic acid which is part of the vitamin B family it helps the red blood cells to be healthy and it allows them to flow better !then he put me on vitamin D 2000 units both were low and plus they increased my thyroid med's to the next level , it helps my hair was falling out oh my goodness but now since he put me on the folic acid about 6 months ago my hair is getting thicker and is not falling out ! i believe folic acid is part of vitamin B 9 if i remember right and they give it to you when you are expecting ! love peace joy happiness Michele
