Men With Fibromyalgia What Is Helping You

My husband has fibromyalgia we are looking to hear from other men that have this condition and what is helping them.
My husband has fibro and is not taking any medication at this time. I am looking for what meds are working for men in Canada. I am feeling so helpless with this. Thanks in advance for your help

Thank you for the reply. He does not like taking different medication as they all do not agree with him as he has other health issues.
