I actually choke and aspirated, I also get that pressure feeling.

Yes me too - just got my test results back and have small nodes on mythyroid but not big enough to cause my symptoms - they think it is just anxiety

I choke or can't swallow all the time. Scary as hell, I've had two neck fusions but the fibromyalgia flares make it worse!

Yes I believe my doctor is running the proper tests.
It would probably benefit me to do research on the Internet concerning the thyroid and its function and diseases. I have an amazing doctor that listens and is open to suggestions and information I may come across on my condition. He is very much into the patient taking part in their health and healing process and especially wants you to understand what's happening in your body based on his diagnosis.
