I love the heat it feels wonderful to me!!! But heating pads do NOT do this to me. So I am left wondering if this is fibro related.

Yes, I don't use a heating pad because of this. I don't want to add to my symptoms.

I will sometimes lay on the electric blanket covered by the sheets and comforter. I cover up with a light blanket. I can feel the heat but the blanket isn’t as close to my skin so it feels better.
