I have always believed in the power of music as when I first got diagnosed with my mental health it was the only thing that could calm me down
Sometimes I would go up to my room and just listen to a couple of my favourites it normally helped
When I get anxious and stressed now it's not just a mental reaction I have to deal with often I can feel a flare coming.

Hi there. I find very light swimming or just standing in a warm pool helps me. I live swimming anyway and I'm going to be trying to doing it a couple of times a week. I've joined a private gym though because I wouldn't be able to cope with the noise in a public baths. Also I find spa days help me. Very light massage with certain oils..you usually get to use the pool and jacuzzi when doing them. The jacuzzi is fantastic on the body. With the heat and bubbles it's therapy for your muscles. Youl come out tired but your muscle pain should have eased. Its all good for the mind too. Hope that helps a little. Sending lots of hugs to you xxx
yes yes for i also pray and thank the lord for those things also ! because there are people out there there that unable to do those things ! so we must give thanks for all ! and if we were not all suffering we would not have found each other and for that i am thankful that GOD has put us together . Do i wish it was for another reason yes !!!!!!!!! for i have know nothing but pain since the age of 12 sure it was only in my legs at first but it did spreed to my other parts of my body real fast ! BUT i have always have and will be thanking that when i get to heaven there will be no pain and that folks is what keeps me going ! love peace joy happiness and prayers over all .love your sister in Christ Michele
