I haven't had feeling in my toes for over 4 months now and I have no explanation for it. And Won't find anything put from the doctor till the 23rd because insurance screwed up our transportation to my last appointment

Do you have pain or tenderness under your foot? Maybe just back from your front pad? For me it was what's known as Mortons neuroma, and it is the swelling of tissue around the main nerves in the foot causing nerve compression. This caused my last 3 toes to go numb, and the swelling under my foot is too painful to walk on when it flares up. Seems to be caused by footwear that puts pressure on the top of the foot for me, but that's just my experience. There are so many reasons this could happen, and Vitamin deficiency is one of them! My hands and feet hurt but that is arthritis which might be in three of your toes have you tried wearing heavy socks to bed and during the day? Have you tried a heating pad or a heated throw to try warming them up? that might help.
