Members shared their go-to teas for winding down after a difficult day, with chamomile and peppermint being the most popular choices for relaxation and comfort. Several members described personal favorites like jasmine green tea with local honey, caramel chamomile from Yogi, caffeine-free chai, and a German relaxation blend with anise, fennel, and hibiscus. A recurring theme was the simple ritual of tea itself offering comfort, whether paired with a cooking hobby or as a bedtime tradition to ease into sleep.

I have a favourite: The Tea Haus - Relaxation Blend. Ingredients: anise, fennel, lemon verbena, hibiscus, Rosehip and apple pieces.

Also known as a nursing tea in Germany.

I used to be a cook/chef before my accident so I like pottering around in the kitchen especially through winter time only trouble is my partner and I always gain weight then lose it thru summer only to gain it again in winter and this displeases our GP I always settle down for bed with a warm cup of English breakfast tea this seems to help me get off to sleep its mainly water and a dash of milk I don't have sugar at all any more as it was the trigger for lots more pain and being a type 2 diabetic sugar is my enemy but I am sure its still hidden in some of the things I buy gentle hugs my friend:))))

I have a caramel chamomile from Yogi that I love at night. Also a caffeine free Chai tea if I want a little more flavor. Tea is a comfort!
