Since my fibromyalgia got significantly worse in 2015 after a very bad stomach bug, I find my memory is terrible and I get easily confused especially when I'm trying to handle multiple things at one time. My ability to multi-task and focus has drastically diminished.

My memory is all about gone. I can't tell u what I did yesterday. Some days I can't tell my boyfriend what I did during the day. I find my self a lot of times stopping in the middle of a conversation n saying what were we talking about. It's embarrassing. I have list everywhere. If I don't write down my meds right when I take them I forget. It's scary
Exactly the same, have to write everything in my diary, then I cant find it. Cant remember whole conversations sometimes, or what I did the day before, it can be quite scary and I wonder how frustrated people must get when I cant remember things. On a positive note, on days that are good my memory improves also.

o for sure your mind gets fuzzy. its embarrassing at times because I have a good education. but that means nothing because I for get most things. My family does not understand how I can be this way. and then add the awful headaches on top of that . forget speaking at all. I go out of my way to avoid conversation. and that is not like me.
I walk into a room at home with a purpose... stop... "now, why the hell did I come in here?"...
