Has anyone ever had what feels like your body shutting down bit by bit? It happened in a supermarket with numb lips, cramps in arms and legs and unable to move. Terrifying. Happened after a bad arrhythmia in night.

I have had this, really scares you while it happens. Like you blew a fuse in your nervous system.

Yes it would happen to me when I went food shopping. I also would get very confused. I figured out what was happening to me. All the activity that was happening around me. It was to much visual and auditory stimulation for my brain. People running around, everyone talking was to much for me. Now I go to the store when it opens and there is hardly anyone there. I get through my shopping without any problem now. Hugs

I get this in large supermarkets I feel like I am gettting in everyone's way, like am in a haze, especially if I don't know where everything is, I come out without half my shopping, I thought this may have been anxiety as my vision goes blurry and my head feels like it's going to pop! Am fine in the little (overly ridiculously priced) supermarket by me but the extra money i pay out is worth it for a stress free grocery shop x

Yes, I do sometimes. I find when grocery shopping, my legs & feet get very sore. I use my cane when I am shopping & most other outings
