Yes and I've found this really hard to try to explain to people it's weird I can't work out if it's gas/wind/digestive related but this is one of the first symptoms I used to get long before I was diagnosed recently. It sometimes feels as though it's coming from your heart. Like a clenching feeling too sometimes. But lower down also usually last a couple of seconds.
