Breast Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Yesterday my right brest was so painful I couldn't sleep. Came on so suddenly and thankfully now it's calmed a bit. IT was similar to pmt but worse and now I've been on the pill for 6 months for pmt without incident. Could it be fibro related? Any thoughts?

Hello,

I get this and asked my g.p. he said it is related to Raynaud's that is an 'add on' to Fibro, it reminded me of when i first gave birth and the milk started to come in - like a cold burning pain. I have found that a hot water bottle can help it a bit and also not moving, so all i can do is cuddle up with my hottie and wait for it to pass. Hope you manage to get it sorted and take care x

That's true enough. AM going in a couple of weeks. Can anyone recommend anything that might help it?

Maybe if you get the pain a lot I should mention it to your Dr , sometimes we blame fibro for everything, when sometimes its not realated at all.

Yes it is related, I have had this pain before.....usually more around my menstrual cycle though, which makes all my pain escalate!
