Hands Jerking

My hand have been jerking involuntary? Is this normal? I've also have hand pain..tinglness and also in my feet and occasional numbness . Been dropping things a lot

All of me jerks. I jump of the bed some night because it gets so bad

@ LeiaDNeasteaLish Yes, I can be on the computer holding the mouse and suddenly it takes off quickly. It does that also if I am doing other things. I take Lyrica and was told that it was a symptom from the medicine. My legs and arms will also jerk. I can't not take Lyrica because it is the only thing that gets me out of bed in the morning.

Yes it is a daily thing with me. To point I only notice when it is really bad

My hands, arms, feet tingle off and on every day!! Also find myself dropping things often. Hope your day gets better

I have it all the time, gets much worse when I am stressed. I broke a number of. Glasses before I started using only glasses/ mugs -w- handles.
I still spill a lot, but it keeps me from dropping & breaking.
