Hi I have a strange question. For the last couple of days I have been having this pins and needles sensation in my right breast. I can't get it to go away and it's very painful and uncomfortable. I can manage it and try re adjusting but nothing helps. Please help me

Members validated the original poster's experience of pins and needles sensations in the breast, with many sharing that they have experienced similar nerve pain in various locations including breasts, back, fingers, and feet, sometimes for months or even years. Several members offered practical strategies that have provided relief, including using heating pads, wearing tight sports bras for compression, moisturizing the affected areas, trying alternative stimulation techniques, and exploring medications like Savella and Zostrix. A recurring theme was the challenge of distinguishing fibromyalgia symptoms from other conditions, with one member noting the connection to substance P and another mentioning overlapping symptoms with MS.

I have had this for almost 20 years on my back under my bra and I just found out what it is and connected to fibromyalgia. Have been using Zostrix but no relief. I was also told to keep it moisturized. Then last year another area on my back flared when hit with water in the shower. I made the connection when my derm told me it is substance p and I got a fibro FB article about substance p.

I have had what feels like bee stings in my breasts that occur like 40/50 times a day for like 30seconds each time. I would wear a supper tight sports bra to sort of bind them. I also would find that slapping my breasts (only in private) would be like alternate stimulation and would sometimes make it stop. I also have MS and was in flair at the time. Since fibro & MS have many similar symptoms it hard to know what's causing what. Hope this helps👍🏻
