Hi all,
Does anyone else suffereith confusion and memory loss? Mine varies sometimes it's worse than others. A typical example, I'm sitting on the bed trying to get up the energy to get dressed and for the life of me I can't remember what clothes I had on yesterday, other than my underwear. I know it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things but it's driving me mad at the minute x

@A MyFibroTeam Member I am almost 68 so of course that doesn't help. I am exactly like you. I have so much Fibro Fog. Sometimes I can't remember what I ate for lunch. Having a conversation with someone on some days is near to impossible. I forget what I am going to say and the person's name. Hugs

Yes it is a part of fibromyalgia it sucks. I thought I was losing my mind . I can't remember words or how to explain things. Just take your time and explain to the people you are around all the time what's happen to you so they will understand. That will be your family and your love ones. No you don't have Alzheimer's.
