I've been having a really hard time last few weeks with my sinuses acting up and giving me more headaches. In the past this time of year has been the worst for me with allergies having to soak my eyes at times, etc.. Has anyone noticed that when their allergies flare-up that their Fibro flares-up as well? Just curious.

Members overwhelmingly confirmed that seasonal allergies trigger fibromyalgia flare-ups, sharing experiences of worsening sinus problems, headaches, and widespread pain during allergy season. Several members described practical strategies that have helped them manage the double burden, including taking daily allergy medications like Zyrtec, eliminating food allergens and sugar from their diets, and timing allergy pills before bed to improve sleep quality. A recurring theme was the frustration of needing yet another medication on top of an already long list, but also the relief of knowing they are not alone in experiencing this challenging overlap.

I take a 24hr allergy pill everyday. All things i'm allergic to including and especially food and additives make every FM problem worse for me. When I conscientiously removed everyone from my diet, I need NO pain pills. Also Sugar.
I sleep like a baby now, but Never drink anything with caffiene in it period. WAY WORTH IT!!! I don't get tired so I can exercise more and sleep10-12 hrs once in a while....without any sleeping meds! I can think clearly ams after the first 7-8 days.

Yes - get the sinus problems this time of year - then - everything else seems to think it an opportune time to have a flare up as well.

The arthritis in my hands really flares at the change in the season
