What Have You Tried To Help Your Chronic Fatigue? I
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have tried dietary and exercise changes in my life but they didn't really help. I'm on Dexedrine now and helps a bit but I am still so tired all the that I barely get out of bed.

Thanks for your answers guys, sadly not much I haven't already tried, but coincidentally enough, you might want to check out this article that popped into my mail today.

I have found vitamin B12 helps increase energy but not significantly enough to make a HUGE difference. I too have issues with CFS and find that fatigue is anywhere from mild to extreme just depending on the day. There are vitamins that can help, search them out and try some to see what works.
