Today I went to the dentist for a temporary crown. First I was in one chair so they could take a picture of the tooth before beginning work. My neck began cramping up so the dental assistant brought me a small neck pillow. So much better. Then I was moved to another chair so the dentist could begin working on me. My dentist also does the hygiene but she insists on using the water jet method which I can’t handle. Before I had a hygienist that did cleaning by hand no water. It was better

They are so understanding and tell me to get up and move around if I have to...I also bring my ear buds and listen to music... It really helps block out the nasty sounds and relaxes me too 💕💕💗
I've also had extensive dental work done. I believe a lot of the damage in my mouth was due to dry mouth which contributes to tooth decay. I've been diligent in keeping my mouth moist with gum or sugarless candy in the past few years.
