Getting very hot, nauseated, and headaches and it's driving me absolutely nuts. Anyone else have all of those issues at the same time. Sometimes I'll get the nausea, and headaches w/o the hot or hot and headaches w/o the nausea but most of the time I get all three and it's been worse the last year or so. That's also one of the things that keeps waking me up. I wake up and before you know it I'm hot as a firecracker and very restless body and can't be comfortable, etc. Can't find anything that… read more

Unfortunately I have all three too and it's part of fibro. Fibro is a very widespread disease and there are so many things that goes along with it. Gentle hugs and take care.
Me too. I usually get all three of them a lot especially during the day. If I happen to be home I'll grab a Ziploc bag and put ice in it and put it on my head or back of neck, wherever. Put papertowel under it if it's on bare skin. That's the only thing that will help with hot but it usually causes the other stuff along with it.
Good to hear others have the hot spells. I have throughout most days. Sometimes slightly nauseous or weak or something during the spell. Always wonder what exactly what causes it.
Hi @A MyFibroTeam Member You're not alone. I have bad as insomnia, but when I do sleep it's for short periods because I wake up constantly, either from burning up like I'm laying in the sun, or I'm drenched in a puddle of my own sweat. Very restless sleep due to this sudden onset of being hot. And it's not menopause; that was a different kind of heat. The last few weeks I've been waking up sweaty with a headache. I've been reading a lot on this and apparently it's "normal" in fibro sufferers. It seems that Fibromyalgia is an umbrella term and every symptom known to man is shoved under that umbrella. I hope you start feeling better because this all just really sucks!
*hugs*
yes I suffer the 'hots' then the 'colds' and it isn't the menopause! it can be one of the symptoms of fibro or myalgic encephelitis (M.E ). I really don't think that enough research is done on the pain of fibro. I was diagnosed with M.E. many years ago which often starts with a viral infection.
