My elbows is killing me and on top of that I am getting throbing pinching feeling in upper arm kind of like a charlie also my face feels like it's burning
Yes, I get pain in my joints - elbows, knees, knuckles and lately I've been getting severe charlie horses in my calves. Sorry you're going through this, it's miserable.
All the time. I've had it there for quite a while. It's all up and down my arm including hands, elbow and like the tri-cep area and then my shoulders. Lately though the tri-cep area has gotten worse especially when driving holding the wheel. It starts throbbing. Stuff like that seems to happen more on my right side than left for some reason.
I get, what can only be described as, tennis elbow. My left, which is my non-dominant arm, is constantly achy. I try to get a comfortable position at night so it doesn't interfere with sleep, but during the day it is a constant annoyance on top of all else. I don't get Charlie horses in my arms, more often calves, feet, and toes. Low potassium can cause this, so I eat a banana when I can to try and increase mine. It does make a difference. The elbow I just take baths and soak, as I do for my whole body, and strap up for support. xx
I know face tingling is idk about burning though i have asked my nero about that. My lips and cheeks get a tingling feeling a lot before they bumped my topamax now that rarely happens.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I have the face burning a lot. The face gets red and feels like I have a fever but I don't. I have wondered what causes it. I also have problems with knots in the legs and swollen hands. I play the piano and I often hit the wrong keys and do the same on the PC Keyboard. I go too far left so my hands aren't position correctly. There are so many things caused by FB/ChronicFatigue that I have a tendency to blame everything on those two. My doctor told me to be careful as it could be from something other than FB. So far it hasn't! I will try and google the face burning, IF I don't forget. God bless you.
