Members shared a variety of natural remedies to ease aching, throbbing legs, with the most popular suggestions being Epsom salt baths, magnesium cream or oil spray, and topical essential oils like wintergreen, spearmint, or lavender mixed with coconut oil. Several members recommended specific products including Deep Blue cream, Aspercream, Voltaren cream, and aloe spray or lotion, with many emphasizing that while these remedies provide relief, they are not cures and results vary from person to person. A recurring theme was the frustration of living with constant leg pain and the importance of continuing to experiment with different approaches to find what works best for your body.

You might think I'm nuts, lol but I use a cream called deep blue natural. You can look it up on the web it lists the ingredients. I just started the cream you do not have to use a lot at all but all my major pain seems to go to the areas of my body I was the roughest on so legs , feet, muscles, etc. I do get relief from this and I have tried a lot . The only thing bad about it is it makes you smell like that my grandma has a cold vicks smell lol . I hope that helps a little :)

I like coconut oil, heck I use it on my face hoping it will be the fountain of youth lol ! Let me know on the wintergreen I use spearmint and lavender and a few others I have to read my bottle in a cream I can get . I wasn't sure I would like it but I really do. I did use regular Oil with the same ingredients as the oil and you can mix it with olive or probably coconut oil and it give you more ability to hit bigger areas . My naturalist just said don't use baby products they are not good to mix it with :) probably you know that but just in case :)
