So I know the cold weather causes more pain.
But I'm wondering if the cold weather causes more fibro fog n fatigue

Yes you will definitely be more fatigued because your body is constantly fighting the pain and it is exhausting!!!

I have problems with both hot and cold weather. In the heat I feel hot, and if I heat up too much I get nose bleeds. I also have severe sinus issues and during the cold I end up with sinus infection, colds, and fatigue. And when I get sick my asthma acts up. Add in the Fibromyalgia now and I am going to be a disaster. 🤕😱😭

I think the the cold affects me more. I can feel the cold in my bones and a hot pad makes me feel better. Hugs

In winter I find keeping warm helps me the most so I use a heat pad it so massages so I use that function when I can stand it
Also hot tea and a warm blanket help
