No and what I was told by one of the instructor's it would not be a good idea.
It hurts just thinking about it. I keep walking but I have to force myself.
I took spinning wool on a spinning wheel when I was young but then I stopped but don't remember why. If im not talking about the spin class then What is a spin class?
Are you kidding? I can barely manage walking, lol. I tried to do the elliptical and it hurt my knees too much. I can only imagine what this would do.
A spin class is such an intense workout it would absolutely trigger a fibro flare. I would highly advise against it. Low impact, moderate activity works best. It challenges and yet doesn't knock us down for a week! Recumbent biking, swimming, water walking, walking, plates, yoga, etc. would all work out (Get it? Work out?! I know ... corny humor, huh? Lol).
