I've learned if I take my pain meds by the clock and not wait for the meds to totally wear off I do better. If I'm busy and my pain meds wear off I have shortness of breath, I get cold, I will be exhausted and get shaky. If I get to that point the only thing that helps is to get into bed.
Stress does it for me too and also the weather. I struggle when it's really humid or when the weather changes a significant amount.
Wondering if your vitamin D levels have been checked since deficiency in that seems to be common with Fibro and it really intensifies fatigue.
Hope you get to the bottom of it and feel better ๐
It's happened to me past few days, I've not been out my flat I've been to exhausted, I tried a walk to the shop across the street today and I'm wiped out, I've been told I'm slightly anaemic so maybe it's getting worse, I'll have to see my doctor next week if it's no better
Stress does it for me... any kind of stress no matter how minor. Even traffic stress. However, sometimes it hits me from out of no where for what seems like no reason at all.
Thank you, I will ask my doctor for another blood test too see how I am going, the weather causes so many problems for fibro sufferers, I do feel for everyone who suffer worse than I do as I feel so crappy with my symptoms and I know I barely have any compared to some people, I keep praying for a cure x
