How is your patch doing? Is it helping you? I have tried lidocaine patches and they didn't help at all.

I just looked up actipatch and I see it is a TENS type device. I have three different TENS units. They will distract you from some pain while it is pulsing. It is a distraction for pain recognition.

I got it from boots only had it on for a day not made any diference but I was having a very bad day in so much pain. I will put it back on tonight and see if it makes any diference. I will let you know how it goes

I was thinking of getting one of these but a few of my friends say they haven't had any relief from it. Please let me know how you find it as I am still in 2 minds as what to do
