I had looked it up awhile back. you can't get that but the same company makes a product for pets. basically the same thing. I think Amazon has it. the company that makes them is is U.S. Some reviews were good, some said a tens unit did the same.

I did a weeks trial with the patch and I have got to say it really did help with the pain, the only thing I found with it that I didnt like was I kept getting very hot but we can't have everything :-)

Had to google it to have any it's what that is. From what I got its not allowed in the us. At this time. Is it bio feedback?
