I'm on so much medication that is not helping I am sick and tired of it and of the fight I battle every second of every day with my relentless fibromyalgia. I was told by a friend to try this arnica herbal pain relieving salve with cayenne and peppermint. I do know peppermint oil controls my ibs pain when rubbed on my tummy. Members shared their experiences with arnica and other topical pain relief options for fibromyalgia, with several reporting that arnica-based products (including gels by Boiron and Kerah Lane) provide modest relief for about three to four hours, particularly for nerve pain. Many community members described finding success with alternatives like Biofreeze, blue emu oil, Cat's Claw tea, and TENS units, which some noted are covered by insurance or available affordably online. A recurring theme was the desire to minimize medication use while managing relentless pain, with members encouraging each other to experiment with natural remedies and adaptive tools that offer even temporary comfort.

If you can find it, try blue emu oil. I found it at Walgreens and it works well with no smell. It is a little thick and sticky but so worth it. I usually have very limited function in my hands so I massage it on them whenever they hurt and get almost instant relief!

The Arnica helps somewhat, seems to help calm the nerve pain. I would say it helps for 3-4 hours. I apply it in the morning and at night to my sore elbow, shoulder blades and upper back and arms. I have not used the product you mention but an Arnica gel made by Borion available over the counter. i also tried one I ordered on Amazon made by Kerah Lane. it contained lemongrass, Arnica, Capsacian . It too helps for about four hours.

I found Cat's Claw tea brings down my pain a lot !! I even double it up with Tumeric but on it's own it's pretty potent and best of all it works in next to no time !!

I use Arnica salve on my painful areas and it does calm my pain somewhat. I have found the products with more Arnica in them and less of other ingredients seem to work better.... Gentle Hugs to ya 😀
