Also beware that herbal stuff all do not list all their ingredients on their labels. They says they do, but that is one reason why myself, is don't take a lot of them. I end up with allergic reactions. Magnesium is a safe bet for me. It helps with sleep also. I personally have found a box full of stuff I can't take due to non disclosure.
There was a news item I saw the other day of an eight day old baby that died after being prescribed while in the hospital a macrobiotic for a stomach problem after everything else failed. According to the news that is why he died. That news program stated that is one reason most supplements are not cleared by the FDA. That and to many of them out there. They are not regulated. Therefore, no laws regulating them. Good luck.

Yes I heard Epson salts in a hot bath really helps withdraw toxins and helps clear the skin and helps to lubricate it and clear it, helping with the itchiness. It also makes your body absorb magnesium, which is very good for muscle spasms...

Yes, I believe it is nerves misfiring, sending pain signals that are sometimes felt as itchy feelings.

I have that in my hands, feet and the head. Weird, huh?
There are also times when it feels like there's something biting me. It is a very strong feeling and many times I have to look to see if there's something there!

Sam, I get that it feels like a wavy sensation under your skin and then you feel itchy! I have that the worst when I am under stress. Everyone ideas are spot on as to why, put just like everyone thing else you have to find what works for you. Me personally I can't to this day wear anything that makes my skin irritated very thing must be ultra soft to the touch. I have to wear cotton camisole under everything. I would use eucerin calming cream everyday. Hubby who has Fibromyalgia has to do face and arm sometimes 3x a day it is so bad. Hoping you can find what makes you comfortable!
