Getting Off Lyrica
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Did you still have withdrawal symptoms weeks after you stopped lyrica, or did it end with your last dose? Thanks FrancesMary

I had a lot of withdrawal symptoms from this. Was on 300 mg 2xday.

When I first started taking the lyrica I took 75mg twice a day... I was getting horrible leg cramps so then I asked the doctor about it and he dropped me too only one @ bedtime. It helps but it helped more when I was taking two a day... But I don't like having those leg cramps!!! They got to the point where I could barely walk in the mornings or even in the middle of the night!!

Thanks also to Jeanie17-I appreciate others struggle with the same medication issues. I felt so much worse getting down on it. I didn't think it helped but the alternative is worse. Hugs-FrancesMary

Thanks for the replys. I tried 2x 2 weeks each of titering down due to loss of ins. coverage. I felt worse, like I was dying-It was very hard, I gave up and started back on 75/2x day. I am working with Pfizer to get free of reduced med. I should know in 3 weeks. Hugs FrancesMary
