Does Anyone Else Have One Side Or Area Of The Body That Is Always More Painful?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Although I have pain that comes and goes and changes I'm severity from day-to-day or even hour to hour, the left side of my body always seems to be worst?

This is interesting ,my left side is also worse ,I'm now many years into this illness but particularly in the beginning I remember telling doctor's I had left sided pain only ,there's still generally more pain on this side but I also have alot of pain on the other side too.

That is exactly the same thing that happened to me.was in hospital for 3 wks and they couldn't find out what was wrong .I came home and was feeling awful and weakness in right side, slurring speech when tired, was back and forth to doctors for wks kept getting told it was a virus then a new gp started and she demanded a radiation scan and that detected the blood clot loghed under my heart, was then rushed to hospital to start on heparin to despersie it and luckily after 7 days it did,if it hadn't been for her I wouldn't be here and that was with me getting all the other scans.I don't mean to scare u but I wouldn't like anyone else to go through what I did.I would keep going back till u get a answer.my heart goes out to u.Take care.sending hugs your way.x😢

My flare-up pain is equal on both sides, but my right seems to get injured easily and ended up with damaged nerve in rt foot and hip. That naturally makes my right hurt more during a flare-up. Coincidence?
