Yes, I do a lot. I soak in the tub with epson salt. Then at night use ice packs if the heat doesn't help. Thought mine was due to breaking my neck years ago. I think our muscle's are just so tight and tense from the pain of fibro that it effect's the rest of our bodies.

Hiya I have this pain/ feeling it also runs in to the top of my chest just under my collar bone. Don't know what causes it though unfortunately.

Yes! I have started getting this horrible symptom over the past 2 weeks, and it came on after I slept on my side for an extended period one night and I felt something hurt directly from that. I did online searches once it started, because I've been so concerned by the pain (just under the medial/inside end of the collarbone on the right side) and I kept seeing info about Thoracic Outlet Syndrome as the main reason for collarbone pain. Of course, I don't think that applies, since I don't have the other symptoms that go along with that. I am assuming it's fibro related, especially since one of the fibro pain points on the body is about 1.5-2 inches below the collarbone on either side of the breastbone/sternum, so it's very possible it's either radiating pain from that, the result of muscle tightness, or - in my case - my costochondritis affecting the 1st rib cartilage just below the collar bone in that spot.

Yes me too. I feel like a metal coat hanger.
I can't lift my shoulders to my ears anymore either.
Hot baths sometimes help.
