Yes, I have to watch what I eat also! I used to love ice cream but my stomach just won't allow it anymore. This morning I woke up with horrible stomach pain and it has lasted all day. I eat very little when it gets like this.

I found I need to eat something when I get like this even though I don't feel like it. I have learned that my muscles apparently never relax . Well, all I can think is that the stomach is a muscle and when it gets like this, it seems like I need the food to pass through to soothe the muscles? Sounds crazy, but what isn't with Fibro?
