Hi, does anyone else have severe jerking of their muscles at random times? Happens several times a day and varies area to area through the body, it's a very weird sensation. Thanks

Be sure you are not dehydrated. My muscles jerk and crawl less when well hydrated.

i get muscle "twitching" randomly about my body, anywhere there is a muscle!! this goes on all day everyday!, also a larger jolt occurs in joints, mainly shoulder/hip/knee, causing the limb (and sometimes whole body) to jump violently. neuro dr was useless, said it was down to stress/anxiety, told me to see psyciatrist! and prescribed betablockers

I get a form of this when I am going to be unable to sleep. They call it restless legs, but it is restless body with me. Everything refuses to settle but just jerks all over.
