They said my leg movement was because I had low iron. Maybe get your ferritin levels checked? They put my on iron pills. It hasn't helped much yet but they said it would take a few months.
I started taking magnesium. I took calcium awhile ago.
Patricia, magnesium and vitamin b6 make each other work better. They are both good for these types of weird body movements. Also, calcium is a natural pain reliever. Calcium and vitamin c are a good combo. I absolutely have to have these on hand, I take them all of the time. The mag and Cal are good also for ibs and constipation. Hope this helps you!
I started the taking the magnesium pill I hope it works.
A lot of times poor hydration can be the culprit to Charlie Horse and other muscle spasms. It is imperative, especially with this disease that you make sure you drink an above average amount of fluids, nothing diuretic, mostly water is the best!
Let me know if the magnesium helps! I use the spray but if the pill works well I might try both.
