Looking for a gym partner who understands the limitations of fibromyalgia. I've recently joined the silver sneakers program and would like to try some yoga and tai chi, maybe they would be good ROM stretches. If interested let me know when you can be available.

Ha ha,...I wish I lived in Panama City and could go to the gym with you. I love it there. I am in Georgia tho...but hope you do get to try out some of those programs.
