Outbursts Anyone?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was wondering does anyone ever have anger issues from time to time? Not that often, but does come out once in awhile? Or maybe I just have vent up anger problems?

Yes I have anger outbursts from time to time and can't control it! I have gotten told about it at work! It's so sad because I am a nice gentle person but if I'm in pain I can get grouchy and mad!

Not really anger issue, I tend to be more not nice when I am in increased pain.

You know from our texts and we will be texting until 5am that I maybe will get a hour of sleep every night I'm lucky if I can ever get three hours. You also know that I have explosive personality disorder as well. So that being said with that then lack of sleep if someone says one little thing that I don't like then I go off. Then after I calm down like two hours later I'll either be nice as pie ( hardly my style ) or I just ignore you. When I'm wrong I do apologize for it. But I go off on the stupidest things sometimes. I have anxiety pills to take when I feel it coming on and mood stabilizer meds I take at nigh. But the twins love to sleep with us and my husband loves when they do and he doesn't get why I get mad and snap and leave the bed and then he wonders why but still allows them to do it. So I just chose to make my girl twins room mine. And this bothers my husband but oh well. So yes everyone has their breaking point some have more than others some of us keep everything bottled inside. I don't care how much pain I'm going to be in I think I need to take a kick boxing class to get my anger out.

I have them a LOT! And you know I'm angry at the two doctors that did this to me then that I can't get it through some of these people's heads I live with that even though I look like your normal mom your normal wife well that's not how my insides look anymore. So until you're in my shoes you'll have to listen to how I feel come out my mouth and take my word for it. Or I'm going to reek hell up in this house on everyone of you who have said I'm fine I need to just get up and do some cleaning that I'll feel better for doing it. But then my coo coo doctor also said I have explosive personality disorder to. But even for it to come out it's you gotta do something to me first. I think it's doctors terms for people who stick up for theirselves and who take no shit. But we have so much anger because so much especially us that's been taken from us that yeah we let it go once in a while because we keep it pent up inside for so long because we take their crap so long because we need them to do this or that for us and we think we have to bite out tongue on everything. Well they can't take everything from us we have or feelings and our voice. Everyone wants to say something about our pain meds and everyone wants to claim we don't need this many or try to say we rely on the pain pills to much. Here son, daughter, husband, have an alive and deal with my pain for a day those two little alive won't touch your pain plus no offense to the men on here but you cry like a baby if you have a cold!!! Our families sometimes just don't get what they are doing to us and what they think is helping is more like abusing us in a way because they are making us try to feel like pill poppers when we aren't and drug addicts when we aren't. If I could be off this extremely high patch and all these pain pills I would be so happy. But now everyone can have procedures done on them by pain doctors due to nerve issues and other issues. Then that makes it hard to find and keep a one cause they want to do procedures because that's where the money is.

I do when when I come home from work. After a long day I feel on overdrive. My whole self would rather lay down and watch tv than have to run around, cook dinner and get everything ready for the next day. I want everything to be done as fast as possible.
