Yes!!! I think we finally get to be connected with our bodies. Maybe all day we feel the same but we are too busy to pay attention?
I find I notice my pain more in bed at night..... the more activity I do during the day the more pain I'm in when I lay down. I try to pace myself but I'm still learning that one. Lol.

My pain is always bad when I first get up in the morning, and then isn't too bad during the day, but it comes back in the afternoon around 3-4 pm and gets really bad when I lay down at night to try and sleep. I seldom ever get to sleep right away and then never sleep the whole night through.
Yes, we all need to learn our pace, but its so hard when we feel good. My daughter always tells me to take it easy even when i feel good.
