Members connected over the question of whether pain pulsates in waves, with the overwhelming consensus being yes, describing it happening throughout their bodies, in legs, biceps, head, shoulders, neck, spine, hips, and feet, often intensifying with weather changes or at night. Several members shared that the pulsating pain feels like someone squeezing those areas or using a massage tool too aggressively, with many also experiencing ringing or white noise in their ears that can trigger migraines or keep them awake. A recurring theme was the relief of knowing others experience the same sensations, along with practical medication mentions like gabapentin, codeine, and sumatriptan, though many noted that painkillers often don't fully work and the unpredictable nature of the pain makes daily life and sleep challenging.

Hi All. Now I don't feel alone. But I want to bring something else to the fore. Does? Anyone have noise in their ears. I can only discribe it as like a white noise from a tv. If I listen to something else eg. Radio tv etc it drowns it out. Anyway when speaking to non fibro people I get the look, where's u little white jacket and why are u not wearing it. ๐Ÿ˜‚ but it's a serious issue for me.

Yes. Mostly from my hips to my toes is a pulsing pain, today I worked 8-6 I started to get a foggy head and was having a hard time doing things I know how to do. I think the brain just gets overwhelmed by all these pain signals. My shoulders and neck are more of a piercing sharp pain and muscles will start to spasm. Drives me nuts. Some of it I can push through but when it messed with my concentration I don't know what to do
