You can click meet others at the top of the website or if you use the app click the 3 bars at the top and a menu pops up and it has meet others. You can then narrow your search of others to find people close to you, in a certain age range, taking certain treatments and so on. Or you can find people who are posting updates or in the Q&A that you like their advice, they have similar stories, etc. Whatever makes you think you might have them on your team and keep up with what they say or whatever. They may also add you to theirs as well. It is really up to you how you want to use your team.
And no matter who you add to your team, we are still all here for one another.

I also am learning on this site as well, an yes it is a lot like facebook only all of these people have Fibromyalgia You can search for Q & A, There is activity page, You can search for people to add to your team as well even in Your state. Good Luck
