I have both CFS and fibromyalgia (FM). A source for anything medical that I find reliable is the Mayo Clinic. Just put mayo clinic and fibromyalgia to get FM info and do same forCFS.there's a lot of info on web just make sure sites are credible.Happy hunting !!

How about doing a google search for the conditions. Just be careful as some sites are not as good as others.

I would like to take this oppertunity to thank everyone that responded to my request. In South Africa very little is known about this illnes, in fact it is not even regarded as an illness. In a strange way it is nice to know that i am not battling alone. Being a Policeman makes it even more difficult to cope with. I wish all of you the very best.
