It could be where the muscles finish in your groin area, I sometimes get groin pain but its muscle, I found I had to change the style of underwear as some really cut into my skin, this was inflammatory muscle pain.
I get pain right on the sides of my vagina more like the ground bikini line area. I think it's just a fibro flare up! Have tog been to the obgyn?
I don't guess I get cramps in the actual crotch, but I get them in my bladder. So the area right above the pubic bone will cramp up. It's a part of interstitial cystitis, which is common with fibro. Also, along the same lines, my cervix "protrudes" sometimes. It swells up so that I can feel it when I wipe off (peeking out of my vagina). It's crampy when swollen, a little worse than menstrual cramps. This is b/c my bladder and uterus have dropped. Ideally I will have a hysterectomy and a bladder tack, but not yet. I'm not sure any of this is what you're talking about, but that's all I got... Hugs.
If you are talking right where the leg meets your torso, yes I get pains there a lot!! I had never had it until last November and it came with my paper thigh pain. It hurts like hell though! My doctor thought I may have bursitis in my hips but after X-rays, we realized it wasn't and it's just another part of Fibro! It's a wonderful illness!
I do in pelvice bladder and bikini line honey xx
