The longest a flare up has last is 3 days of crazy!!!!
Flare brings tension so and the answer of your body might affect mobility. I used to not be able to turn my head to the left too much. But now that I have a chiropractor who also works on muscles... I need to stretch everyday to stay in control but I have full control of my head. My hands can't do much at the moment, but realized it was an epicondylitis hidden. I've waited so long before I start having real bad pain that I wasn't even able to write anymore. You should try to get those big tension away as far as I know now, mobility for us is always a matter of muscles nods
I have had flare ups so close together that seems like a very long one, I have had some mobility issues after for a while but it goes away after a while, when happens my body will be so exhausted that I need at least two days to recoup and get back to life
The longest flare I can truly remember thanks to fibro fog is 3 months. That I do believe was the longest 3 months. I didn't think it would ever end. Hugs💞
